| Abundant sunshine, warm climate, lack of humidity and controlled irrigation allow growers in the Riverland wine region of Australia to produce premium grapes. Fermented on a combination of heavy toasted Hungarian oak shavings and lightly toasted American oak chips, this supple, elegant wine boasts rich aromas of honey and tropical fruits. Flavors of apples, melon and toasted oak tantalise the palate.
